A Place to Exhale in the Midst of Motherhood

Motherhood can be beautiful — and incredibly overwhelming. I specialize in supporting women during pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood who are navigating anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, relationship changes, or simply feeling unlike themselves. As both a therapist and a mother, I understand how isolating this season can feel. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies. Together, we’ll work to untangle anxious thoughts, build practical coping tools, and create space for you to feel more steady, confident, and connected. Whether you’re adjusting to new motherhood, managing intrusive thoughts, feeling stretched too thin, or trying to balance career and family, therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive environment where you can process honestly and move toward a version of motherhood that feels more aligned and sustainable. I currently offer virtual therapy for women located in North Carolina.
